Am I limited on where I can install MagicThemes Premium Templates?

For now, no. You can install MagicThemes templates on as many sites as you want. But we can only support one domain per license credit. Ideally for us, you just use one license credit per site but we have no way of monitoring everyone. However, this may change in the future.

Does my Membership Expire?

No. Once you purchased a Membership Plan, you’ll have that membership forever.

Do my License Credits Expire?

No. You can keep your license credits for 3 or more years, and still be able to spend it on our future templates.

What expires is the Priority Support we can give on the Template you purchased. After purchasing a template, the clock starts ticking. You have 3 months to find issues until Priority Support expires.

Can I rebrand the templates?

Yes you can. You can totally rebrand our templates for your personal use or for your client. You can also change the copyright information in the footer.

Just don’t resell your customizations to the masses. 

Do you have a Developer Membership?

No, but we will offer Developer License Pack in the future which contains too many license credits. 

Why does my site look different from the Template Demo?

Each Joomla site should be configured properly to make it look like our Demo pages. You have to know the module positions, and which extensions we used in the demo. The best way to make your site look like our demo page is to use the Wizard Installer. Read more about the MagicThemes Installation Wizard here.

What happens if I mistakenly purchased a Template?

There’s no turning back. Be careful please :). We only offer refunds, or re-credit when you have unsolvable issues with the template you purchased.

When are you available for support?

We’re available Sunday to Monday but not on Saturdays. You can also check if we’re online by logging into the Members Area dashboard. We promise to answer within 12hrs during weekdays.
